In a session of Kinesiology, the aim is to ‘balance’ the body to help you move forward free from any obstacles, which may be physical, emotional, or other. This gentle, non-invasive, powerful approach uses muscles and their responsiveness to assess your overall picture of health. Using the muscles to get bio-feedback shows blocks in the body’s systems and indicates a bespoke course of action for each individual…No two sessions are the same.
Once blocks are found, they can be released by moving energy in the body. This can be done with a ‘hands on’ approach using reflexes from both Western and Eastern philosophies. There are many vibrational tools which may also be used including: the application of sound, colour, crystals and/or Bach Flowers. During a balance, a person stays fully clothed and may choose to stand, sit or lie down.
It is a good idea to wear comfortable clothes.
